Morning Yoga

I love to start my days with yoga. I don't do anything too intense in the mornings. I usually go through a series of slow moving poses and just focus on my body, how I'm feeling, what I want to accomplish during the day, etc. Even ten minutes of morning yoga melts away any stress I might have penned up from the previous day. I absolutely love it and it definitely keeps me sane now that I can't just hop in the car and go to the gym everyday.
When I was pregnant with Alexa, I did yoga and cycling almost everyday and man it felt so good to be so active! Now a little over three months postpartum, I'm realizing this whole "planning a workout routine" thing with an infant is downright laughable and tricky!
