Baby girl got her first pair of tennis shoes the other day, so we decided to go try them out on our walk to the park.
I didn't manage to take a photo today... however, I've been surrounded by more images and photo shoots than I know what to do with! Speaking of which, here are a few sneak peaks of what I've been consuming my evening with today! My sister's wedding and little miss Ember.
Every inch of this very large park is riddled with beauty and delightful entertainment. I can't wait to go back when Alexa is a little bit older and starts running around! She will love it even more!
Today a tomato turned red! Just one tiny tomato. So Alexa and I plucked it and shared it for an after dinner snack. It was delicious! After a few bites, Alexa thought so too. I'm not much of a tomato lover so it's a big deal when I say, I can't wait for the others to turn red so we can cook and eat them!
"Life is as beautiful or as ugly as we decide to make it." I couldn't agree more. Someone left this lovely note on my gas pump just minutes after I embraced my husband one final time before his six month deployment. The timing of this sweet and simple reminder could not have been more perfect. Thank you kind stranger! I want to add that while this moment seems to be a fun and happy coincidence, I believe in a Heavenly Father who is infinitely aware of us and the trials we face. His love can be felt everywhere, in everything, and by anyone or in this case, a stranger. God bless.
